Team India might have missed Bhuvneshwar Kumar in the ongoing Test series against England but the medium pacer is certainly not missing his family life at the moment. The 28-year-old bowler, who was ruled out of the first Tests because of injury, posted a beautiful message for his wife Nupur Nagar on the occasion of her birthday on Wednesday, August 15.
Bhuvneshwar tied the knot with Nupur in his hometown Meerut, UP, last November and ever since she has been seen cheering for her husband from the stands at various occasions. Kumar had to miss out the first three Tests against England as he aggravated a back injury during the third and final ODI against England. He has hit the gym recently showing that he is well on course for a full recovery, however, it remains to be seen if is he match-fit and if he will be included in the Indian squad for the final two Tests.
On Nupur’s birthday, Bhuvi posted a picture on Instagram with a lovely message which read- “The best parts of my day are the times spent with you. There is so much to like about you, complimenting you would take longer than ever. Happy bday to the love of my life @nupurnagar.”

Their love story is been quite an absorbing one. They knew each other from a very young age and lived close to each other in the locality. Their parents took some time to accept their marriage but eventually they did.
“I know her since childhood. We used to stay in the same colony. We have known each other since we were 12-13 years old. Other thing was we stayed next to each other. It was like if I throw stone from my house, it will swing to her house. Parents took some time but they accepted,” Kumar said during an interview.
