Bhuvneshwar Kumar's wife Nupur Nagar names her favourite cricketer apart from her husband
Bhuvi and Nupur are currently in New Zealand.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar got married to his longtime friend Nupur Nagar in November 2017 and has been living with her happily ever since. The couple looks adorable together and Nupur is always seen accompanying her husband on overseas tours. She is currently in New Zealand as Team India is locking horns against the Kiwis and Nupur revealed the name of her favourite cricketer apart from Bhuvi.
Nupur Nagar decided to have an interaction with her followers on Instagram by using the new ‘Ask Me Anything’ feature. She answered a lot of interesting questions during that period. One of the followers cheekily asked her about the cricketer she likes or admires except her husband Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Nupur was quick to answer as MS Dhoni which comes as a no surprise as the wicket-keeper batsman has won all the ICC trophies for India during his captaincy. Also, Bhuvi made his international debut under Dhoni’s leadership and has matured as a bowler ever since then.
Here’s her Nupur’s story:
MS Dhoni’s great run in 2019
MS Dhoni struggled right through the 2018 and also the questions were raised on his place in the Indian side for the World Cup. But the captain Virat Kohli and coach Ravi Shastri kept backing him throughout only for the veteran to come back strongly this year. Dhoni began his 2019 with a half-century in the first ODI against Australia which was termed as slow by many.
But it was according to the situation and Dhoni had found his groove then. He played a match-winning knock of 55* in the must-win game then and helped India seal the series in a tense chase at the MCG by scoring an unbeaten 87 while batting at four. The juggernaut continued in New Zealand as well. But he finally failed in the fifth ODI against the Black Caps and was undone by corker from Trent Boult.
