As Pakistan laid their hands upon the Champions Trophy crown for the first time, Seh Mudasir, a resident of Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir took to his Facebook account and wrote “I am a Kashmiri and I like Pakistan. Pakistan Zindabad.”

“Mudasir’s comment created tension and created a riot-like situation. He will be arrested when he comes to collect his degree. If he doesn’t come, a team will go to Shopian to arrest him.” said Gwalior (City) superintendent of police Shailendra Jadon.
Jadon went on to say “The minor also made provocative comments and has been apprehended. Police are also looking for another person who made provocative remarks.”
According to the police, Mudasir has been found of liking post saluting dead militant Burhan Wani. He also shared posts concerning Hizb-ul-Mujahideen on Facebook. The police are trying to deal with the matter very alarmingly so that it does not influence or affect other Kashmiri students.
