<li>Stay updated with the latest trends in sports design, motion graphics, and digital media.</li>
<li>Manage Workflows efficiently to meet tight deadlines, especially during live sporting events and breaking news coverage.</li>
<li>Work with Clients &amp; Stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.</li>

<h4>Qualifications:</h4>
<ul>
<li>4-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in sports and media.</li>
<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li>
