Graphic Designer Lead

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a passion for sports and media to lead our design team. The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports, media, or digital content industry, and the ability to manage and mentor a team of designers. You will play a crucial role in creating visually compelling content for social media, live sports coverage, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & manage a team of graphic designers, ensuring top-quality designs that align with brand objectives.
• Design engaging visuals for sports-related content, including match-day graphics, player features, infographics, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and social media teams to develop eye-catching and viral-worthy graphics.
• Ensure Consistency in design language across all media platforms, maintaining a strong brand presence.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in sports design, motion graphics, and digital media.
• Manage Workflows efficiently to meet tight deadlines, especially during live sporting events and breaking news coverage.
• Work with Clients & Stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in sports and media.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• A deep understanding of sports culture, trends, and fan engagement.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet quick turnaround times during live events.
• Strong sense of typography, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
