Head - Human Resource

Job Description:

CricTracker is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our Human Resources department. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of two years of HR experience, who has successfully managed a team of 100+ employees and possesses an MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field. 

The ideal candidate should be able to provide strategic leadership to our HR team and drive initiatives related to HR processes, structure, payroll, and recruitment.

HR Head Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership for the HR department, creating and implementing HR strategies aligned with CricTracker's business goals.
• Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and best practices.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new talent to meet the organization's staffing needs.
• Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving disputes, and ensuring a healthy work environment.
• Manage the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive packages and compliance with labor laws.
• Implement and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
• Oversee payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee training and development programs.

HR Head Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources.
• MBA degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience managing a team of 100+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
