England will play Pakistan in a two-match Test series from May 24.
England Cricket in with a hectic schedule for the next few months. They will play a couple of Tests against Pakistan at Lord’s and Headingley, which starts from May 24. Thereafter, they will play a one-off ODI against Scotland in Edinburgh. The team will then lock horns with Australia in a five-match ODI series and a one-off T20 International at Birmingham.
India is scheduled to tour the nation for a two-month long tour, which commences on July 3 with a three-match T20I series. The teams will then lock horns in as many ODIs followed by five Tests at Birmingham, Lord’s, Nottingham and Southampton and the Kennington Oval respectively. England’s marathon doesn’t end there as they will visit Sri Lanka in October.
The series will be staged one month after the conclusion of India’s endeavour. England’s campaign in the nation begins with a five-match ODI affair. Dambulla, Palekelle and Colombo are the venues for the encounters. It will be followed by a one-off T20I at the R Premadasa Stadium, which will be followed by a three Test matches in Galle, Palekelle and Colombo respectively.
Bearing in mind the strenuous schedule in mind, a new set of jerseys have been launched for the ODI and the T20 format. The kit is sponsored by Natwest, the logo of which can be seen on their sport-shirt. One set of attire has a blue shade to it while other is red in colour. The official Twitter handle of England’s Barmy released the pictures of new kits.

A few of the English cricketers recently participated in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The likes of Moeen Ali, Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes, Sam Billings, Alex Hales and Christopher Jordan have also been a part of the prestigious tournament. Meanwhile, Buttler, Stokes and Woakes left for their home country in order to take part in the Test series versus Pakistan.
