<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/dont-know-about-others-but-bio-bubble-life-has-taken-a-toll-on-me-mentally-andre-russell/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Andre Russell</a> is a cricketer who is proficient in every department of the game. He is a player who is hugely experienced in T20 cricket and has been a part of several T20 leagues in the world.
Russell can strike lusty blows with the willow once he gets his eye in and is also a bowler who is skiddy off the surface and can surprise the batsman with the pace and bounce that he generates as well.
Russell has blown hot and cold in the recent past in T20 cricket. In his last 5 T20 innings, the big-hitting right-hander has not gone past the 30-run mark. In the 2020 edition of the CPL, Russell plundered 222 runs at an average of 44.40 and a strike rate in excess of 140.
However, he has not been able to set the stage on fire off late with the willow in hand. Russell will surely be looking for a reversal of fortunes when he walks out for his side in the 2021 edition of the CPL.

<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/ms-dhoni-makes-my-job-easier-while-bowling-imran-tahir/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Imran Tahir’s</a> passion to bowl his skiddy leg spinners is known to all. Even at the age of 42, Tahir can still bamboozle batsmen with the turn he generates off the surface as well as the loop he gets in the air as well.
The leg spinner was the 3rd highest wicket-taker in the 2020 edition of the CPL, and scalped 15 wickets in 11 innings, at an average of just 15.93. Even in The Hundred tournament this year, the leg spinner picked up a five-wicket haul as well and flummoxed the batsmen with his guile and clever variations.
Tahir is a bowler who can stem the flow of runs and can also put an end to flourishing partnerships as well. And finally, do watch out for his celebratory run after he scalps a wicket!
<h3>Barbados Royals – Jason Holder</h3>

<a href="https://www.crictracker.com/wi-vs-pak-jason-holder-sledges-mohammad-rizwan-from-slips-reminds-him-of-his-dismissal-from-first-test/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jason Holder</a> can get the ball to move both ways upfront, can use his tall frame to generate extra bounce off the surface, and is an asset for his side. Holder was the second-highest wicket-taker for the Barbados Royals in the 2020 edition of the CPL.
The right-arm pacer scalped 10 wickets in the previous edition of the tournament and picked them up at an economy rate of less than 7 and a strike rate of just 19.80. Holder is an experienced campaigner in the CPL, has featured in 61 matches in the tournament, and has prized out 49 willow wielders. He is currently the 12th highest wicket-taker in CPL history.
Holder can also score useful runs with the bat as well. The right-handed batsman has scored 687 runs in the CPL and has scored his runs at a strike rate in excess of 135. If Holder can fire with the ball in hand, then he can surely set the CPL on fire and make the lives of the batsmen difficult.

All the six participating teams have talented players in their arsenal, and will surely be looking to grab the CPL trophy this year.
