2. Angelo Mathews (2 Crore)
The Sri Lankan all-rounder has been one of the most popular cricketers in his country. Mathews did a lot for Sri Lankan cricket as he was the captain of the country’s team for a long time. He is an experienced block that makes him aware of all the situations and scenarios of game.
The Colombo cricketer has played 78 T20Is for Sri Lanka scoring 1148 runs and claiming 38 wickets. He has a lot of experience playing limited-overs cricket. Mathews has played in several T20 leagues in the world too. He made his IPL debut in the second season in 2009 and played continuously till 2017.
Angelo is 35-year-old now and he is not much effective as he used to be. He even got dropped from the Sri Lanka side in both ODIs and T20Is. At this point of time, two crore seem too much for his base price.
