Sikandar Raza has been a prominent figure in the T20 circuit. The 36-year-old has featured in 158 matches in the shortest format and amassed 3109 runs at a strike rate of 129.81. On the bowling front, he has taken 79 wickets at an economy of 7.34. Raza has displayed his all-round prowess in the international arena as well. He has smashed 1259 runs in 66 T20I games at a strike rate of 128.86 and picked up 38 scalps at an economy of 7.18.
The ace all-rounder was quite brilliant in the T20 carnival in Australia. Raza took the attack to the opposition right from the get-go and smashed 219 runs in eight games at a strike rate of 147.97. Also, he strangled batters with his variations and bagged 10 wickets at an economy of 6.50.
Raza has been a match-winner with both bat and ball and his inclusion adds depth to any side. Further, the flamboyant cricketer is in the form of his life and many franchises could raise their paddles to sign him at the IPL 2023 auction.
