IPL 2024: 5 Players who justified their price tags

The biggest cricket festival in the form of the IPL 2024 (Indian Premier League) had some great individual performances. Some of them helped win the matches for their side while others came in a losing cause. But the players did their best, irrespective of the result. Some of them were rewarded at the end of the season for scoring runs or taking wickets. 

However, some players could not live up to the fans' expectations. They were in poor form and often had a negative impact on the team. Some players were inconsistent and couldn't do well in crunch situations. Despite their poor form, the teams backed them to deliver the goods. Some others did exceptionally well and justified their price tag.

5. Tristan Stubbs

Tristan Stubbs was arguably the best finisher of the season. The young batter consistently finished the games for his side and won some matches. His batting allowed the top-order batters to take a bit of time and go after the bowlers later. After Jake Fraser McGurk's arrival, his contributions did not go in vain.
