Mumbai Indians still in contention to reach IPL 2024 Playoffs
Despite losing five matches out of their eight games thus far in the Indian Premier League 2024, the Mumbai Indians still have fate in their own hands. They still have six games to play and can attain a maximum of 18 points, if they win all of their remaining matches in the tournament. However, their NRR is currently at a negative 0.23 and would be looking to strengthen it in the upcoming games as well.
More or less, if Mumbai Indians can scrape through to 14 points, they might be in for a shout for a playoff spot depending on the results of other teams fighting for the playoffs. Their next game is against the Delhi Capitals and would be fancying another win against them. The match is set to be a day encounter at the Arun Jaitley stadium in Delhi and is a must-win encounter for both of the teams.
