Just one place remains from Group D as the next phase of the tournament begins next week. <o:p></o:p>
Afghanistan and United States of America have been one of the two surprise packages of the tournament. Both sides have made it to the Super-8 phase after playing amazing cricket in the last few weeks. The likes of Fazalhaq Farooqi, Aaron Jones, and Saurabh Netrawalkar have put in some stellar performances in the early phase. <o:p></o:p>
