2. David Warner
When it comes to the T20 competitions, David Warner can never be written off and the same happened before the competition. The 36-year-old veteran was the favourites to feature on the list of impact players in the tournament, but in the two games of the competition, Warner crumbled under pressure.
In the opening game against New Zealand, he went back to the pavilion early by scoring just 5. While in the must-win match against Sri Lanka, Warner again got dismissed cheaply at the score of 11.
Till now, Warner has not been dominating against bowlers in the tournament. To qualify for the semi-finals, it’s imperative for Warner to lift up his form by playing some explosive innings for the team.
