Bowlers - Luke Jongwe, Richard Ngarava, Tendai Chatara, Blessing Muzarabani
The pace attack has been Zimbabwe's main weapon this tournament. The pacers have proven to be too hot to handle in the T20 carnival and even the quality Pakistan batting lineup were put under the pump by the seamers. For the clash against India, the pace quartet might consist of Luke Jongwe, Richard Ngarava, Tendai Chatara and Blessing Muzarabani.
Muzarabani has been the wreaker-in-chief for Ervine & Co. in the ongoing T20 World Cup. He has bagged 11 wickets in seven games at an economy of 6.77. Ngarava has also been a force to reckon with and has taken eight wickets in seven games at an economy of 6.37. Coming to Chatara, the 31-year-old has done well in keeping the scoring rate in check. He has conceded at an economy of 6.36 in six games and taken four wickets.
While the trio has done a phenomenal job, Jongwe has struggled to get his lengths right in the T20 competition and has leaked runs at an economy of 11.80. He would look to put on an improved bowling display when Zimbabwe takes on India.
