5. Mohammad Nawaz (PAK)
Mohammad Nawaz has been a consistent performer for Pakistan in the shortest format. The 28-year-old has proved in mettle in the international arena with his excellent performances.
The left-arm orthodox spinner has represented his national side for 36 matches and taken 33 wickets at an economy of 6.95. Nawaz is quite spot on with his lines and lengths and has the versatility to bowl in different phases of the game.
Nawaz has been in a rich vein of form with the ball. In the recently concluded Asia Cup, the ace-spinner took eight wickets at an impressive economy of 5.89. His exploits with the ball will be crucial in Pakistan’s campaign in the upcoming global tournament in Australia.
