3. Winning % as captain in ODIs
Along with producing match-winning spells with the ball, Mortaza was a fine tactician as well. He took stern decisions on the field and tasted success on most occasions.
It was in 2014, wherein he was given responsibility as a leader of the Tigers in the 50-over format. In 88 matches under Mortaza’s leadership, Bangladesh managed to win 50 of them, which depicts a winning percentage of 58.13.
Although the number of wins are dissatisfactory, he is only behind Tamim on this list. Interestingly, Mortaza was the skipper of the team up until his last match in the ODIs.
