4. Abdur Razzak vs Zimbabwe in 2010, Mirpur

Back in 2010, Abdur Razzak became the second Bangladesh bowler to fetch a hat-trick in ODIs. Against a touring Zimbabwe side in the second ODI at the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh were looking to gain a victory after losing the first match by a narrow margin of nine runs at the same venue.

Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan won the toss and opted to field first. From the start of the game, the Bangladesh bowlers put pressure on the Zimbabwe batters with the disciplined bowling of their spinners - Shakib Al Hasan and Abdur Razzak. But Razzak, who looked in good touch against the opponents in the previous match and had bagged four wickets, got better in the second game and picked up a hat-trick.

By hunting the wickets of Prosper Utseya, Ray Price, and Chris Mpofu, Razzak restricted the tourists to 191 runs. By picking up these batters on three consecutive deliveries, he took a five wicket-haul in the match, and also made it to the record books.

By virtue of his arduous effort, Bangladesh registered a comprehensive victory by six wickets. At the end of the game, Razzak also won the Player of the Match award because of his impressive show with the ball.
