4. Michael Rippon
The 31-year-old all-rounder made his T20I debut for the Netherlands on April 19, 2013 against Kenya at Windhoek but after a few games, the Dutch switched in the hope to play for New Zealand. He moved to Otago in 2013 but as per ICC’s law, he was still eligible to don the orange jersey for the Netherlands as he was yet to make his debut for the Blackcaps.
Rippon went on to play 18 T20I matches for the Dutch side and recently made his debut for Kiwis in the shortest format of the game. Rippon made his New Zealand debut (T20I) against Scotland on July 29, 2022 and picked up two wickets.
In the 19 T20 internationals that he has played thus far, Rippon has picked up 17 wickets at an economy of 6.34. With the bat, he has scored 216 runs at a strike rate of 112.50. He is currently playing for New Zealand A and has not been selected in New Zealand's 15-member squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup.
