5 Indian players with centuries across formats
There have been certain Indian batters who have etched their names in history books by notching up centuries in all three formats.
3. KL Rahul
KL Rahul has been a consistent performer for the Men in Blue across formats. T20Is have been his stronger suit where he has racked up 2265 runs in 72 matches at a strike rate of 139.12. Talking about the 50-over format, the wicketkeeper-batter has scored 1870 runs in 51 games at an average of 44.52.
Rahul has all the shots in the book and has annihilated bowlers with his glorious stroke play. Despite being a designated opener in T20Is and Tests, he has adapted well to the middle-order role, which shows the versatility of the swashbuckling batter. Moreover, the 30-year-old is an excellent player of both pace and spin.
Rahul has racked up a total of 14 tons (seven in Tests, five in ODIs, and two in T20Is) in the international arena. The dashing stroke maker would be eager to put up a show with the bat in the upcoming marquee four-match Test series against Australia and add to his tally of centuries.
