Virat Kohli is one of the finest cricketers Indian cricket has produced. The Delhi-born has dismantled bowling attacks with his marauding bat and amassed truckloads of runs across formats. He has featured in 271 ODIs and piled up 12809 runs at an average of 57.69. Coming to the longest format of the game, the former Indian skipper has scored 8119 runs in 104 matches.

Kohli has racked up heaps of centuries in ODIs and Tests, but a ton eluded him in the shortest format. However, in the 11th match of the Asia Cup 2022 against Afghanistan, the veteran batter was in his elements and smashed a scintillating knock of 122* runs off 61 deliveries. With the incredible ton, he was added to an elite list of Indian cricketers to have scored centuries in all three formats.

In his illustrious career thus far, Kohli has racked up a staggering tally of 74 centuries (46 in ODIs, 27 in Tests, and one in T20Is) for the Men in Blue. Though Virat is 34 years old, he has not shown signs of stopping. The elegant batter would look to make the upcoming Border Gavaskar Trophy 2023 his own with his batting exploits.
