1. Harry Tector
Harry Tector has been active in international cricket since 2019 and in these four years, he has emerged as a superb talent who can make Ireland a developed cricketing nation in the future. Currently, he is the eighth-leading run-getter for the Irish side, with 1552 runs in 37 innings of 40 matches.
2. Nasir Jamshed
Pakistan’s left-handed opener Nasir Jamshed’s career was surrounded by several controversies but he is often remembered for his national team’s famous One-Day International (ODI) victory in India in 2012-13. In the three-match ODI series against the Men in Blue, he notched up 241 runs with a couple of tons and ended up as the leading run-scorer in the tournament.
3. Glenn Phillips (WK)
In recent times, Glenn Phillips has proven himself in New Zealand’s squad with his extraordinary batting talent. Back in November 2020, the right-handed batter struck the fastest T20 International (T20I) century for New Zealand, with his 46-ball ton against the West Indies in Maunganui.
4. Shreyas Iyer
India’s middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer is known for his remarkable batting skills. In his four-year career, he has registered a few notable records to his name. In November 2021, he hit a magnificent ton against New Zealand in his maiden Test match in Kanpur and made it to the list of distinguished India batters Sourav Ganguly, Mohammad Azharuddin, and Shikhar Dhawan, who smacked centuries on their Test debuts.
5. Karun Nair
Karun Nair hasn’t played a lot of cricket for India in his 11-year career but back in 2016, he created history in a Test match against England at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Donning India whites, he racked up a triple-century and guided his team to an innings and 75-run victory. With the sensational knock, he became the second India batter to score a triple-hundred in cricket’s longest format.
6. Andrew Flintoff
Andrew Flintoff was one of the superb all-rounders England have produced. The legend served the English side for 11 years and during his stint, he helped the team taste some marvellous success. Back in 2005, England thumped Australia by 2-1 and clinched the Ashes urn after 18 years. In the phenomenal triumph, Flintoff chipped in with 402 runs and 24 wickets in five matches. With these numbers, he also became the second England stalwart after Ian Botham, to notch up 250 runs and 20 wickets in an Ashes edition.
7. Ravindra Jadeja (C)
Ravindra Jadeja’s brilliant all-round skills make him currently one of the best all-rounders in international cricket. In his immense international career, he has racked up 6017 runs and 546 wickets in 328 matches. These figures make him one of the most successful all-rounders for India.
8. Sean Ervine
Sean Ervine played international cricket for three years from 2001-2004 and during his short stint in the Zimbabwe cricket team, he played 42 ODIs and scored 698 runs from his bat in 34 innings. With the ball, he took 41 wickets at an economy of 5.67. His notable performance came in the 2003-04 VB Series in Australia. In the tri-series played among Australia, India, and Zimbabwe, he scored 265 runs and scalped 12 wickets in eight matches.
9. Jasprit Bumrah
Jasprit Bumrah is one of the best pacers India has ever got. Back in January 2016, he broke into international scene against Australia in an ODI match in Sydney. Since then, he has played 181 matches for India across formats, in which he has grabbed 351 wickets. Bumrah is also a pivotal member of the Mumbai Indians (MI) franchise in the Indian Premier League (IPL). With 145 wickets in 120 matches at a frugal economy of 7.39, he is the second-leading wicket-taker for MI.
10. RP Singh
RP Singh played for India from 2005-2011 and in those six years, he helped India win some crucial tournaments. In India’s T20 title victory in 2007, the speedster performed exceptionally and ended up as the third leading wicket-taker, with 12 wickets in seven matches at an economy of 6.33.
11. Zoe Goss
Zoe Goss played for Australia from 1987 to 2000 and during those 13 years, she did her job perfectly. As an all-rounder, the Perth-born veteran accumulated 1099 runs and 64 wickets in 65 Women One-Day Internationals (WODIs). In Women’s Tests, she played only 12 games and got 20 wickets in 19 innings.
