4. Rohan Kunnummal
Rohan Kunnummal is one of the exciting prospects in Kerala's cricketing circles. He has been simply spectacular in first-class cricket and notched up 825 runs in seven games at an average of 82.50.
Talking about the shortest format, the Palakkad-born has scored 531 runs in 19 matches at a strike rate of 119.32. He has been entrusted to provide brisk starts and has done decently well.
The Kerala opener has been prolific with the bat of late. In the recently concluded Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022, he accumulated 414 runs in seven games at an impressive strike rate of 131.84. Rohan fared well in the SMAT 2022 too and scored 201 runs in eight games for Kerala at a strike rate of 134.00.
Rohan has shown a lot of promise in the domestic arena and has the potential to make it big in the Indian Premier League. Therefore, it will be quite a surprise if none of the franchises raise their paddles to sign the youngster at the IPL 2023 auction.
