1. Tymal Mills

Tymal Mills has been a proven performer in the T20 circuit. The England pacer is renowned for his deceptive slower balls which makes him a tough bowler to take apart at the fag end of the innings. The left-arm seamer was roped in by Mumbai Indians at INR 1.5 crore at the 2022 IPL Auction to partner Jasprit Bumrah at the death.

However, the left-arm seamer could not perform as per his standards and had a mediocre campaign in the recent season. Mills played five games for MI and took six wickets conceding runs at an alarming rate of 11.18. The 30-year-old was dropped after his poor outings and then his ankle injury further sidelined him for the entirety of the season.

On the other hand, Daniel Sams had a decent campaign for Rohit Sharma & Co. and bagged 13 wickets in 11 games. The Australian all-rounder, being left-arm, offers the same skillset with the ball as Mills and provides a handy option with the bat. With Sams' rise and Jofra Archer expecting to be fit for the next season, it is likely the Mumbai franchise will release the England pacer in the upcoming trading window.
