2. Jason Holder
Jason Holder has been a prominent figure in the shortest format of the game. The 31-year-old has featured in 204 matches in the shortest format and picked up 199 wickets at an economy of 7.89. Coming to his batting exploits, the ace all-rounder has scored 1788 runs at a strike rate of 126.18.
Holder has proven his mettle in the lucrative T20 tournament as well. The Barbados-born has picked up 49 wickets in 38 IPL games at an economy of 8.57 and scored 247 runs at a strike rate of 123.50.
The West Indies all-rounder has the ability to bowl at any phase of the game, which makes him a valuable addition to a side. Also, Holder has shown time and time again that he is more than handy with the bat. Given his all-round prowess, one anticipated Mumbai Indians to go after him at the IPL 2023 auction.
However, the five-time IPL champions were not inclined to pick Holder and instead went all guns blazing to sign Green at the marquee event. Jason was acquired by Rajasthan Royals for INR 5.75 crore.
