IPL 2024: 3 Capped players RCB might target at any price in auction
RCB will look to snap up some match-winning international players in the auction.
2. Rachin Ravindra
Rachin Ravindra is expected to emerge as one of the most expensive buys in the auction. His maximum reserve amount is INR 50 lakh but his recent performances might cause a bidding battle among the franchises. In the 2023 World Cup, he looked sensational with his bat for New Zealand.
The southpaw hit 578 runs in 10 games at a strike rate of 106.44 and ended up as the fourth-leading run-getter in the competition. Following his extraordinary numbers, Challengers might include him in their scheme of things. He might get the responsibility to bat at the top order with Virat Kohli and Faf du Plessis. As an all-rounder, he can add strength to RCB’s spin-bowling unit and hence would be the biggest target on RCB's radar.
