Former India pacer Praveen Kumar has the most maiden overs in the IPL (14), followed by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) star Bhuvneshwar Kumar (12).
Looking at MI's stats, two seamers with 8 maiden overs top the list - Malinga and Bumrah. The latter needs just one more maiden over in the 2024 season to make this record his own. He is unlikely to overtake Praveen in this category as he needs seven more maiden overs. But he can become the third bowler in IPL history by surpassing Trent Boult's record of 11 maiden overs.
