2. Devdutt Padikkal
Devdutt Padikkal was bought by Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) for 7.75 crore ahead of IPL 2024. The southpaw played predominantly in the middle order for LSG. His struggle with the bat was palpable as he failed to score big runs and was not effective in the powerplay too.
The Karnataka-based batter played seven games in IPL 2024 and scored just 38 runs at an average of 5.43 and a strike rate of 71.70. His highest score was just 13 and he scored three boundaries in the last season for LSG.
