RCB have had a good run in the IPL 2025 so far. In 4 matches, the 3-time runner ups have 3 wins and a solitary loss to their name. The Bengaluru-based franchise seem to have a settled unit and are one of the favorites to win the title. There are many teams who have been struggling to claim a win in the last few games due to many reasons.

One of the key reasons behind their failures opposed to RCB's success have been their retention and auction strategies. Despite having some proven performers, RCB let go of some big names ahead of the IPL Auction 2025, which received flak. While many players RCB left have performed well for their new teams, others have struggled to find their forms.
