8. Royal Challengers Bengaluru - 8.65 crore

Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) play their home games at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, which is also known for being a batting paradise. However, this season, there has been more help for the bowlers. All-rounder Krunal Pandya was roped in by the franchise for INR 5.75 crore at the auction. He is leading the spin-bowling department with Suyash Sharma (INR 2.60 crore) for the company. Mohit Rathee is the other spinner in the squad. Liam Livingstone has also chipped in with some overs this season, but he hasn't been included in the calculation.
7. Rajasthan Royals - 9.95 crore

Rajasthan Royals (RR) did well to bag the services of Sri Lankan spin twins Wanindu Hasaranga (INR 5.25 crore) and Maheesh Theekshana (INR 4.40 crore) in the IPL 2025 mega-auction. The other specialist spinner in their squad is Kumar Kartikeya, who was roped in at his base price of INR 30 lakh. Theekshana and Hasaranga have picked up six wickets each from five and three matches, respectively. Meanwhile, Kartikeya has only played two games, bagging one wicket at an average of 31.
