Parth Jindal, Managing Director of JSW Cement and Director of JSW Sports acquired a 50% stake in Delhi Capitals in 2018, making him a co-owner alongside the GMR Group.

JSW Group is a conglomerate with interests in steel, energy, infrastructure, and cement, while the GMR Group dominates property development and infrastructure. In 2025, Delhi Capitals were valued at $80 million, placing them among the most valuable IPL teams. GM Rao has a real-time net worth of $3.2 billion according to Forbes. While Parth Jindal and JSW Group are valued at $24 billion, making them the fourth-richest IPL owners.
