In Rajasthan Royals’ 2008 title victory, their youngsters stood up and delivered their best. Players such as Yusuf Pathan, Sohail Tanvir, and Munaf Patel got appreciated for their phenomenal contributions, while some players remained unsung heroes during the remarkable campaign.

Swapnil Asnodar, who was only 23 years old at that time, emerged as a match-winner for Royals with his fierce opening batting. Scoring 311 runs with a couple of half-centuries in just nine games at a decent strike rate of 133.47, he helped his team to become the first side to lift the prestigious IPL trophy.
