3. Devdutt Padikkal
Devdutt Padikkal has been a proven performer in the Indian Premier League. He has featured in 54 IPL games and piled on 1454 runs at a strike rate of 124.59. The southpaw has put up an exhibition of his flamboyant stroke-play and stamped his authority on the cricket field.
When Royal Challengers Bangalore squared off against Rajasthan Royals in the 16th match of IPL 2021, Padikkal put the Rajasthan’s bowling attack under the pump and hammered a blistering century. He piled on 101* runs off 52 deliveries, which included 11 fours and six maximums.
Padikkal is currently associated with the Rajasthan franchise and would look to string consistent performances for his team and take them to greater heights. The Kerela-born would look to make a comeback into the national team on the back of stellar performances in the IPL.
