2. Rajat Patidar
Rajat Patidar has been a run-bank in the Indian domestic circuit. He has featured in 52 first-class matches and notched up 3795 runs at an average of 45.72. Coming to the List-A format, he has racked up 1648 runs in 51 matches at a strike rate of 97.45.
Royal Challengers Bangalore roped Patidar into their side for IPL 2022 as an injury replacement for Luvnith Sisodia. The Indore-born grabbed the opportunity with both hands and set the T20 extravaganza on fire with his batting displays. He featured in eight games and accumulated 333 runs at a stunning strike rate of 152.75.
When RCB and Lucknow Super Giants took centre stage in the Eliminator clash, Patidar brought his A-game into play and plundered a jaw-dropping century. The dashing stroke-maker hammered 112* runs off 54 deliveries, which included 12 fours and seven sixes. Rajat would look to continue piling on heaps of runs in both the domestic arena and the IPL going forward to break into the Indian national team.
