The Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium is the fifth largest cricket stadium in India with a seating capacity of 50,000. The stadium was previously named "Ekana Cricket Stadium" and carries significant meaning and symbolism "Ekana" is a Sanskrit word that translates to "one" or "unity".

The general stands on the east and west ends hold 44,296 seats, while the rest are allocated to hospitality areas in the north and south ends. It is also the home ground for the Lucknow Super Giants IPL franchise. After some criticism for its slow pitch, the entire surface was re-laid for the ICC World Cup 2023 in which it is set to host 5 matches.
