International cricket is scaling new heights with every game. Each of the top teams is trying its best to reach the pinnacle. The incredible hustle among players allows the die-hard fans of the sport to witness magic day in day out. Cricket has become a brand and the standard of it is arguably on an all time high.

For the last 15 years, international cricket is being played in three formats. All three formats are very different from each other despite having plenty of similarities. Some cricketers are great in Tests but average in T20Is and other way around. The same goes with the ODI format too.

One of the most significant ways to rate an individual cricketer is by analyzing his performances across the three formats. Keeping a tab on a player’s performance in all three formats gives us valuable insights into his caliber so it is the best possible way to judge a cricketer. In today's day and age, there are very few batters, who play across three formats.

Let's try and rank the top ten all-format batters from the current lot:

10. Devon Conway

The stylish left-hander has become an important member of the New Zealand cricket team in a very short duration of time across formats. Conway is a great player of both pace and spin that is why he is successful in different conditions. Born in South Africa, Conway is brilliant with pull and cut shots. He is a solid batter to have in the line-up.

The Southpaw has played ten Tests, five ODIs, and 23 T20Is for New Zealand scoring 918, 235, and 708 runs respectively after making his debut in 2020. He scored a double hundred in his debut Test innings, that too at Lord’s. Conway averages more than 40 in all three formats and his consistency makes him a dependable batter for the Kiwis.

The 31-year-old is an asset for the blackcaps as he can keep the wickets too. He is the number seven ranked T20I batter. He overall is a complete cricketer, who has all the shots in his armoury. With the T20 World Cup scheduled this year, New Zealand will have a lot of hopes from Conway as he will have a big role to play.
