4. Specially-crafted Test jersey worn by Indian players
The final game of a career as decorated and illustrious as that of Sachin Tendulkar induced the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to design a custom-made jersey dedicated to him. Notably, the white Test jersey that the Indian squad donned had his name.
Not just that, the 200th Test was also etched in gold beneath the emblem of the BCCI. Hence it became a special lifetime souvenir to behold for the rest of Sachin's teammates after completing the game. Interestingly, few people know that his son Arjun Tendulkar was part of his final game in the role of a ball boy.
3. Special gold coin used during the toss
The coin spun by MS Dhoni at the toss was not your standard run-of-the-mill token. In fact, the Indian board ensured that the game would begin with a special customized coin in honour of the legendary Sachin Tendulkar. The coin was a tailor-made gold coin. Moreover, it was engraved with a young Sachin's image at the centre of one of its faces as well as his name was carved close to the circumference of the same side.

When it came to the toss, the lady luck smiled on the Indian Captain as it fell in the favour of Team India. The hosts elected to field first but later on when India came out to bat, Tendulkar scored a magnanimous 74 runs missing out on a fairytale century for a befitting finish to his international cricket career.
