SMAT 2024: Top three run-getters in the tournament
Mumbai won the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2024-25 after beating Madhya Pradesh in the final by five wickets in Bengaluru on Sunday, December 15.

Madhya Pradesh captain Rajat Patidar led the team to the finals, where they lost to Mumbai at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru by five wickets. Patidar finished the tournament with 428 runs from nine innings at a staggering average of 61.14 and an equally impressive strike rate of 186.08.
The Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter notched up five half-centuries in the tournament, including a highest score of 81* (40) in the finals. The 31-year-old also thrashed the most number of sixes (31) in the competition.
