Mumbai Indians' young star batter Suryakumar Yadav has invested heavily in real estate, buying two luxury residential flats worth ₹21.1 crore in Deonar, Mumbai. The T20 World Cup winner is making headlines on and off the field, indulging in the high-end facilities of his stunning success in the game.

Despite a late entry into his international career, Yadav has already established a remarkable legacy. With three IPL championships, a number one ranking in T20Is, and a crucial contribution to India's 2024 T20 World Cup victory, he has established himself as one of the most dominant players in the game. As one of Mumbai Indians' best-paid cricketers, his achievements are not only evident in his on-field performances but also in his lifestyle.

His recent purchase comprises two flats in high-end Godrej Sky Terraces, divided over adjoining floors in a large 1.05-acre plot. As per the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), the homes have 3BHK and 4BHK layouts, with an aggregate carpet area of 392.36 sq. m. (~4,222.76 sq. ft.) and a total built-up area of 424.46 sq. m. (~4,568 sq. ft.). The transaction also includes six allocated car parking spaces. The deal involved a stamp duty of ₹1.26 crore and registration charge of ₹30,000.

Yadav's new move is an example of his rising profile and prosperity, marking his position among India's greatest cricketers both in terms of earnings and achievements.

Speaking of Suryakumar Yadav he was last seen leading the Mumbai Indians in the opening match against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the absence of Hardik Pandya who was banned for one match by a slow over rate offence. The Mumbai Indians unfortunately lost the game by four wickets as they rivals in yellow chased down their total with five balls to spare in the end.
