1. India - Arshdeep Singh

Arshdeep Singh’s stocks have witnessed a meteoric rise in the last year or so. He broke into the international circuit on the back of stellar showings in the IPL which saw him take 40 wickets in 37 games. The 23-year-old has continued the good work for the Men in Blue and has become a vital member of India’s fast-bowling setup.

Arshdeep has played 13 T20Is and bagged 19 wickets at an economy of 8.14 which is remarkable considering he bowls a lot at the death. The left-arm pacer has shown incredible temperament and has nailed yorkers at the tense moments of the game.

Touted to be India’s death overs specialist, Arshdeep has impressed with his new-ball bowling as well. In the T20I series against South Africa, he ripped apart the Proteas' top order with his swing claiming five wickets in two games. In the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, the youngster is likely to bowl the tough overs and there is a good chance that he can lead the wickets chart for the Men in Blue at the T20 World Cup.
