<h3>6. Netherlands – 7.5/10</h3>

Although the <a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/netherlands" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Netherlands</a> failed to have an optimum impact on the T20 World Cup, they finished it quite well thus ending on a positive note. In five games, they could taste success in two of them and finished in the fourth position in the table.
In their first game, they fell short by just nine runs against Bangladesh, and then lost by 56 runs to India. The third fixture witnessed them dominated by Pakistan, but they followed it up with a good victory against Zimbabwe.
In the final clash against South Africa, the Scott Edwards-led side caused a huge upset to stun South Africa and win by 13 runs. The win resulted in the Proteas losing the chance to feature in the semi-finals of the showpiece event.
<h3>5. Australia – 8/10</h3>

<a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/australia" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Australia</a> came into this tournament with the tag of defending champions and were expected to replicate the same performances. But, the Aaron Finch-led side could not be potent enough to seal the top-four spot.
The hosts faced New Zealand in their first clash and conceded a score of 200. In reply, they were dismissed for 111 and lost by 89 runs. The huge margin of loss resulted in their dismal net run rate.
Then they secured victories over Sri Lanka and Ireland, but the clash against England was a washout. These results needed them to register a big victory over Afghanistan to get ahead of England. However, they won by only four runs and could not qualify for the semi-finals.
<h3>4. England- 8.5/10</h3>

The <a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/england" target="_blank" rel="noopener">English team</a> were one of the most anticipated teams due to the power-packed batting department. Although they have got enough support from the middle-order, the openers Jos Buttler and Alex Hales, along with the bowlers helped them to reach the semi-finals with three wins.
In their first game against Afghanistan, the Buttler-led side won by five wickets in a chase of 113. But, they endured a shocking loss against Ireland, and then the crucial Australia game was a washout.
They produced a terrific turnaround to beat New Zealand by 20 runs. Then, they got past the challenge of Sri Lanka by chasing the target of 142 successfully and secured a semi-final spot.
<h3>3. New Zealand – 8/10</h3>

The <a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/new-zealand" target="_blank" rel="noopener">New Zealand</a> team started on a dominating note, lost in the middle but ended well, which helped them to reach the semi-finals. They finished at the top of the points table with three wins in five matches.
In their first game, they posted 200 and won the game by 89 runs, which already put them as favourites for the knockouts. Then, they followed it up by securing a 65-run victory over Sri Lanka.
However, they lost by 20 runs to England, in their failed attempt to chase the target of 180. In a must-win game against Ireland, the Kiwi team sealed the win by 35 runs.
<h3>2. Pakistan- 8.5/10</h3>

As they say, cricket is a funny game, <a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/pakistan" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Pakistan</a> managed to qualify for the semi-finals after losing their first two matches of the tournament. With three successive wins, they ended the Super 12 stage on the second spot.
In their first game against India, they could not defend their total of 159, and then Zimbabwe caused an upset to beat them by one run. But, they had a major turnaround to beat South Africa after being 5 down for not many runs on the board and overcame the Netherlands in a clinical fashion.
In the final game, the Babar Azam-led side did well to restrict Bangladesh to a score of 127. Then they started slow, and managed to win the game easily and entered the semi-finals.
<h3>1. India- 9/10</h3>

Arguably the best team in the Super 12 stage was the <a href="http://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/india" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Indian team</a>, with their impressive all-round performances. They tasted success on four out of five occasions and topped the Group 2 points table.
In the first fixture against Pakistan, Virat Kohli produced a scintillating knock to start the campaign for India on a positive note. Then, the Rohit Sharma-led side beat the Netherlands by 56 runs and followed it with a close loss against the Proteas. &nbsp;
In the fourth game, the Men in Blue won by five runs against Bangladesh. The final game of the tournament witnessed them winning by 71 runs against Zimbabwe.

The Super 12 stage of the T20 World Cup 2022 got concluded with India securing a big victory over Zimbabwe and topping the points table. It was an exciting contest between top teams around the world,
