Hasan Mahmud has arguably been one of the most promising fast bowlers in the Bangladesh white-ball circuit. The 22-year-old has the ability to clock the speed of over 140 kmph and is known to rattle opposition with express pace.
The Laxmipur-born made it into the national team on the back of impressive performances in the domestic circuit and the Bangladesh Premier League. In the 2019-20 season of the BPL, he took ten wickets and gave rival teams a tough time. In total Mahmud has played 25 T20 games and has picked 24 wickets at an economy of 8.05.
Mahmud has made three appearances for <a href="https://www.crictracker.com/cricket-teams/bangladesh/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bangladesh</a> in the shortest format and has taken three wickets at a splendid economy of 6.58. He also had a great outing for the Bangla Tigers in the ODIs where he took eight wickets in five games.
