T20 World Cup 2022: Ten players who will be playing the tournament for the first time
There are a number of players who will be playing in their inaugural T20 World Cup next month in Australia and some of these players are capable of taking the event by storm.
4. Ebadot Hossain
Ebadot Hossain is not a reputed name in white-ball cricket but Bangladesh have showed faith in him and included in their World Cup squad. He is someone who can provide crucial breakthroughs but can also concede a lot of runs. Ebadot, however, has improved a lot in recent times and thus Bangladesh can rely on him in the upcoming tournament.
The speedster has played just one T20I in his career and was guilty of conceding 51 runs in his four overs. Even though he picked up three wickets, Ebadot looked off the radar in the majority of the match. The 28-year-old has played 44 T20 matches in domestic cricket and taken 45 wickets in the process.
The team, however, is stacked with pacers. With Mustafizur Rahman, Taskin Ahmed and Saifuddin already a part of the squad, Ebadot will find it difficult to make it into the XI. However, if Bangladesh fail to do well in the initial matches, he might get a go in the other games.
