2. Tim David
The world will finally get to see more of Tim David at the international level as Australia have named him in their squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Although, he is not a guaranteed starter as the team is pretty much jam-packed, if he gets an opportunity then he would love to take centre stage.
In the 14 T20 internationals that he has competed in, the 26-year-old has racked up 558 runs at an astounding strike rate of 158.52. He is a runaway match winner and thus, Australia need to find a place for him in the starting XI. He wields a brilliant domestic record as he has accumulated 2725 runs in 127 matches at a majestic strike rate of 163.17. Given the tournament will be hosted by Australia, David can be highly dangerous as he is well acquainted with the Australian conditions.
If he indeed gets an opportunity, David will be batting lower down the order. He will also be a player to watch out for when Australia visit India later in this month.
