Robin Uthappa was entrusted to shepherd the innings in the middle-order during the 2007 ICC World T20. The swashbuckling batter played a sensational innings of 50 runs in the group stage match against Pakistan. Uthappa retired from all forms of Indian cricket this month on September 14, 2022. Besides playing competitive cricket lately, he has been a constant figure in the broadcast field. He was commentating during the recently concluded T20I series between India and Australia.
