2. Autobiography of Yuvraj Singh: The Test Of My Life
‘The Test Of My Life’ is the autobiography of the former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh. It was launched on January 1, 2013. The biggest highlight of the book happens to be Yuvraj’s awe-inspiring battle with cancer. It tells the readers how a determined Yuvraj was only driven to win the World Cup in 2011 for the nation and for Sachin Tendulkar and didn't even pay attention to his constantly deteriorating health.
Yuvraj Singh in his book, talks about the challenges he faced during his battle with cancer and how arduous the journey was when it came to making a comeback into the Indian team post-recovery. The book also gives a detailed description of the chemotherapy treatment that Yuvraj underwent to ward off the disease.
In the book, the southpaw also talks about his NGO 'Youwecan' which helps patients diagnosed with cancer battle the disease. Sachin Tendulkar, who was present at the launch of the book termed it as 'Pure Inspiration'.
