3. Yashasvi Jaiswal

Ravishing strokes and unfazed hitting prowess, Yashasvi Jaiswal who became one of the most promising young batters in the country, made his ODI debut for the Blue Brigade on February 6 against England in Nagpur. After having shown his calibre in the red-ball format against the likes of Mitchell Starc, the youngster was finally given a chance to feature in the ODI set-up as well. Though he failed to convert his initial start into a big knock in the only game he got in Blue colours.
Notably, the southpaw is among the only few Indian batters who have scored a century in the T20I format. Hence, despite not having scored big in his debut ODI game, he has shown his white-ball potential. Especially, in the Indian Premier League (IPL), where he scored his maiden hundred in the 2023 edition against a formidable Mumbai Indians bowling lineup. Hence, with his ability to adapt to different conditions and a bright future ahead, Jaiswal is deemed to be another legend in the making.
