Ambati Rayudu, who holds the record for the joint-most IPL trophies (6), has never been able to achieve this estimable individual accolade. Starting his career with Mumbai Indians (MI) and ending with Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Rayudu was the backbone for both teams in their middle order. 

The Andhra Pradesh cricketer has scored over 4000 runs in 203 IPL matches at an average of 28.05 and a strike rate of 127.54. His best IPL season was with CSK in 2018, where he scored 602 runs including three fifties and his lone century.
