2. Jimmy Neesham

Jimmy Neesham has been a part of the New Zealand  international setup since 2012. Serving his national side over the last ten years, Neesham has delivered a lot of cheerful moments for his team with some exceptional all-round performances. His 2021 T20 World Cup knock (27 runs off 11 deliveries) against England in the semi-final is still unforgettable for many cricket fans.

The Kiwi all-rounder was released by Rajasthan Royals (RR) as he couldn’t contribute anything major to the team in three matches of the 2022 edition. The mini-auction was crucial as he also submitted his name with the base price of INR 2 crore to play in the 2023 edition of the tournament.

However, considering his horrendous IPL figures, no franchise showed interest in him at the event. So far, he has played for Delhi Capitals (DC), Punjab Kings (PBKS), Mumbai Indians (MI), and Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the league. But with only 61 runs and eight wickets in 12 matches, the 32-year-old failed to utilise the opportunities he got.
