Former star Indian batter and head coach, Rahul Dravid, finds himself in the third position in the list of highest-Test runs against Bangladesh. From 2000 to 2010, he played seven Tests against them, scoring 560 runs in 10 innings at an average of 70.00 and strike rate of 59.44.
His highest score of 160 came in 2004 in Chattogram, where he partnered with Gautam Gambhir for a 259-run stand, the second-highest partnership against Bangladesh in Tests. This inning, featuring 24 boundaries, helped India win by an innings and 83 runs. Notably, this century made Dravid the first player to score hundreds in all ten Test-playing nations at the time. Throughout his career, Dravid scored three centuries and one half-century against the neighbours.
